If you do the work and put in just a little bit of time you can see results. Your results depend on you.

Is this challenge free?

Yes. the 7 day Mommy TimeOut Challenge is free. You can Subscribe on TikTok for $5.99 (Until September 12 there will be a rise in price) to get the challenge V.I.P. experience with some awesome extra perks.

Will this work for my schedule?

yes. The challenge is designed to fit the schedules of busy moms and can be done at your convenience with group interaction.

Is this a live or pre-recorded daily challenge training?

This challenge is a mix of prerecorded and live access. Both the general admission and the VIP have access to the live group sessions that will occur, and VIP has access to live Q&A and coaching daily. The walking club is also a live component that is included in VIP.

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

If you cannot attend the live sessions you do have access to the prerecorded materials. VIP can send your questions ahead of time to be answered on the replay.

Let's get the credentials out of the way. I am a Certified Behavior Consultant with a Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Doula, and Nutrition Coach.

Okay now Hello Mommy! I am an Amazing Mom of 4 small ones and I am 8 Months Postpartum. What I do on a daily basis is practice what I preach. I do the work right alongside you. I am human just like you. Mommying is hard work and I am not above doing what I am telling you.

It has actually not just changed my life, but the quality of my life. Before I began focusing on me and my wellness I felt like the whole world was closing in on me, I didn't feel good in my body, and I felt alone in it all. The expectations placed on moms is both flattering and irrational. But we hold our heads high and push through no matter what. That is not sustainable.

My goal is to help as many moms as possible to never feel unsupported, overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. That feeling sucked. You are a mommy, but you are so much more and I am ready to support you how you need it.
